just thought id post my progress.... well update anyway!
so far i have replaced oil cooler, thermostat,
water pump(which was fine btw), fuel pump, fuel filters, heater core,
degas cap, egr delete with new down pipe...

the heater core was restricted, but not totally and a new one
was only 35 bucks. its blowing warm air now and works
really well!

my poor truck is still puking water, maybe not as bad as before
all the work, but still not a good thing. the coolant level is way
below the MIN mark on reservoir so i dont think it should loose any.

also, the bad cab smell seems to be from when its puking coolant
and burning off, then making its way into the cab...

after all of this, i think its now safe to blame head gaskets????
a friend also suggested restricted exhaust, but i only have 75k
on the truck. im still gonna pull the cat just to see what happens..
im hoping its safe to drive it like this for awhile. i dont have time
or money to do HG .
