Does your f100 have a frame it's sitting on now that hasn't been butchered. Having done a frame swap myself I can tell you it would be just as cheap if not cheaper to buy yourself an after market cross member. I'm a first time builder with my project and thought I was saving a bundle by doing a frame swap.lol. I think there would be fewer things to solve as well because all your mounting points have already been established. I'm comfortable saying I've accomplished a frame swap but with the experience I've gained I won't be doing it again unless I dive into a COE. What ever you decide you will always get an opinion on here as well as help. Good luck and keep us posted in what you decide and welcome to the site.
