I got one the two bolts out and the cover off, I need to find a small pipe wrench to get the other stud out. tried heat and a lot of pb blaster no go yet. vice grips won't turn it. When I took off timing cover I could see pan gasket needs changing. Any one tried it lately not sure where to start'

A timing gasket kit will come with two small 'ears' to replace the ends of the oil pan gasket.
Use plenty of sealant.
If you have a 4x4 you will probably need to pull the engine to change the entire oil pan gasket.
It CAN be done by disconnecting the motor mounts and hoisting the engine, then trying to remove the oil pump and pickup in order to get the pan out.
But it is not at all easy to get it back in place and sealed.
