Year: 1977 Make: Ford Model: F-150 Price: $1 Mileage: 130000 Color: Two Tone Red/Gray Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing Location (State): TX Transmission: Automatic Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive Color: Red Engine: 400M
Plain & simple I don´t want to sell it, It´s just that I need to, been in the family since 1980, I can´t put a price on it, just want something reasonable, don´t wanna get rich selling the truck but also wont give it for free, I´m expecting something between 4-6k, The truck went through a partial restoration, Painted int/ext in 2008, the engine was rebuild same year, has new upholstery in carpet & seats, just to give you an idea nobody has seated in the back seat since then, the A/C works great the compressor was rebuilt 3 months ago, new radiator, fuel pump, water pump & master cylinder, new ignition coil, ignition module and pickup coil, the steering gear and the steering pump were also replaced not long ago, everything works but the reverse lights cuz I never had the time to get into that, but going thru all the forums here I know its fixable, has 4 Sony xplode speakers 2 in the back & 2 in the doors with a sony cd stereo with USB front port, I hope the pics can speak for themselves, serious enquires PM me and I´ll give you my email for more info & more pics. PS. Has good TX title.
I'm interested but can't pm you as I don't have enough posts. I left my e-mail address and a message in the visitor section of your public profile. If the truck is still available please e-mail me. Thanks.
Hey pat thanks for the interest I already send you an email if for whatever reason you don´t recieve it, here´s my personal address: jstripe75@yahoo.com
Hi Javier,
Not sure what happened as you haven't responded to last weeks e-mail with the additional questions on the truck or the one following it. I appreciate the first response and certainly hope I didn't insult you with the follow-up questions about confirming that the stated mileage was accurate, the reasons for the extensive body filler use on the cab but not the doors, if any filler was used on the bed prior to the priming, if there was any rust left under the filler, and was metal used to do patching before the filler was applied.
I was just asking as I'm a noobie when it comes to body work and couldn't tell by the pictures. Also if I was going to fly to Loredo from Chicago, I needed to feel secure about the purchase. If I didn't like the truck it would have been a long walk back. Anyway, I hope you are well and judging by the pictures you have a very nice looking truck. Good luck.
Pat
