Funny this old thread popped up.
A truck just like that with super low miles was just on My Classic Car a few weeks ago. They were comparing that truck to an equal 1970-ish Chevy truck that had like 20k miles on it or something and was in just as good of condition.
Amazing these trucks are still around.

I have some questions for you: the marina in La Ribera is already finished?. Is your house close to it?. Are there now any RV park over there?. The beach there is like swiming pool, isnt it?, I have been there a couple of times and I love all the Baja California specially B.C.S.

OK Rad Man, I have re-read your post, and omitted some facts in my reply. Yes the marina is operational, but not working with much construction progress as of right now.
La Trinidad, is a nice RV park, just on the edge of town, and close to the beach. It has a nice pool, plenty of space, and a good restaurant on weekends.
The Sea of Cortez is like a swimming pool most of the summer, which is April through October. The beach is beautiful, and we enjoy it daily.
