New here
[/IMG]First I want to give a shout out to everybody. Im new to the F150 size
I have had 5 superdutys crewcabs 4x4, 4 diesels 1 gas.
I still have one diesel that I have left for just towing the toybox.
anyway I just purchased a 08 FX2 supercab F150, I have already put on
3" flowmaster exhaust, lowered the rear 2" with belltech hangers.
Now I would like to upgrade the steering wheel to one with radio controls on the wheel, And go with digital heater controls like you find on the lariat models. has anyone done this or know if it could be done?
and last Item is what the best cold air kit. I was looking into the Banks kit.
It's just a little High in cost like 390.00

Welcome!
The steering wheel swap has been done, as well as the digital controls. On my phone right now so searching for a link for you is a little difficult. Sorry
As for the cold air intake. Many guys here call them "engine bling". Without changing the MAF, adding headers, and getting custom tunes to account for all that air, the CAI alone is pretty much a null point. If you were going to spend $390 on the CAI, for the same exact $$ you can call Mike Butler @ 5 Star Tuning and get 3 custom tunes. That's where I would put my money.
Just my $.02
Enjoy!
