2004 f150 e brake cable system
Hi all,
I'm looking for a reference picture, or photo, of the 2004 F150 parking brake cable system, particularly in the rear, near but before, the wheels.
I was suspicious of the brakes locking up because of rust, but they look fine.
I inspected the parking brake cables going to the rear wheels and saw an apparatus that is sometimes described as an equalizer - - - a gadget that divides the force from the front foot pedal cable equally to each of the 2 rear wheel brake cables. It didn't look like what I imagine an equalizer to look like, but I don't know what it's really supposed to look like.
I noticed that some forum members have diagrams of vehicle equipment and was hoping that there might be one for this "equalizer"?
Thanx for any reference/advice.
Regards...
