HOW TO REMOVE TURN SIGNAL ASSEMBLY HOUSING?

Hey guys on my 2001 f250 XLT how do i remove the turnsignal headlight assembly. It shows to remove the two phillips headed screws between the bumper and turnsignal. I did that and its still not budging. I can see what looks like a tab. should i just pull hard and hope that tab lets go?
Thanks

Had to replace the one on my 99 superduty. It has the two screws along with the tabs and there are also two plastic rods that go into a rubber gasket. The do pull hard out and push hard in. Just take your time with firm pressure and it should come out.
