Dual controls F-Superduty- Got it, doing 4x4 conversion...

I've seen some trash trucks with dual controls, but I can't figure out any other application...
I was looking for a replacement for my truck, and if this thing is OK, I'd use mine as a donor. My dump bed, T-case & axles, & a lot of the interior would go right into it...
I'm gonna try to go look at it tomorrow.
Should be interesting...

5k aint bad price in the commertial vehicle market and that thing is clean
i agree for it needing gauges etc on the other side and all but its unique for sure looke like a legit setup but my concern would be is it drive by wire? or a mechanical connection also since theres no gauges on pass side it problly wasnt drove like that on highway or at any speed
my buddy has a lot of rhd cars and hes a pro driving on the wrong side

If I can get away and go look at it, I'll try to find out what it was...
It's at a used car dealer. It's a good bet they bought it at auction. I doubt they'll sell it on eBay, unless they really get the right bidder. If not, I think it could be had for a lot less than their buy-it-now price...

thats a nice one phy.
good luck.keep us posted on what ya find.
axle code 73 = 5.13 right?
their specs claim 4.63,but also a 460 truck,so i wouldn't trust them lol.
can you get by with a 2wd truck though? that's the problem with these things.man ford really limited themselves pre '99.crazy i tell ya.
