just got this in the mail yesterday,really nice piece,its an adapter for a 4150 carb to a 4500 flange intake from HVH

 

That's the setup you want. You will be impressed with the HVH stuff

 

never heard much bad about hvh,

 

The HVH super suckers (what Rich's carb adapter is one version of) dramatically increase the signal to the carb. When I switched to one on my race engine had to drop the jet sizes by 4-6 vs any open spacer. They really do work.

 

i hope so rob,my carb guy said he'd need to rejet for this adapter,hoping to get carb back next week
