Wow- really quiet over here! I'm dividing my time between SC and FL, but they're starting the site prep for our property in the upstate, so I'll start building this summer. Been a long time comin'.

Guess it's just you and I, and I'm not even a SC resident yet. I'm working on it, though, breaking ground this summer at our place north of Greenville. I was hoping for more forum activity when I get there.
