I have a question on what is needed to put a 302 engine on my 69' F100... it previously had a 390 on it... if anyone can help me telling me what is needed and if there are any kind of adapters for the motor mounts or would it fit right in???

 

You can start with engine towers, to tranny or at least new bell. The bell to engine fit will not swap. After that you should make most everything else work.

But what do you intend to do with your truck that you wanna swap in a 302?

Are you going for mpg's.
