I have a 2003 f350 no mods other than straight exhaust and Im using SCT X Cal 2 with tunes from Spartan....we have isolated an engine miss to the tune as it will not do it when put back to stock...Spartan will not help me with the tune as I guess they dont do anything with th 6.0L anymore...who has the best out there right now for tunes and will actually give customer support? Thanks

 

Eric at Innovative and Matt from Gearhead seem to be popular with the people here.

 

ive heard innovative sucks at customer service but i have had expirence with matt at gearhead and ive turned people to him and he is GREAT at customer service! replys normally that same day! but he will email you or call you back for sure!! his tunes are the greatest!!!!

Eric has always been super helpful with me and custom tuning/questions. The longest I had to wait was 1 day at most. I have read on the forums that Matt @ Gearhead has great service and tunes too.

 

I've dealt with Matt at gear heads no complaints.

 

I just got tunes from matt at gear head, but then I was trying to up date the tuner first with the newest software, and it wouldnt take the software, so I called sct and they connected to my computer and erased my tuner for me, so know I have to send it in. Matt's customer service was great thought as far as his tunes went. He answered all my e-mail the same day, I had bad bad customer service when I asked questions to innovative diesel, they never seemed to reply.
