body swap out question 96f350

Hoping someone will know the answer to this. I have a 96 f350 reg cab long bed. The frame and running gear has been 100% new restored. I am thinking now I want to swap the wrecked body for a 95 ext.cab short bed body. Will the reg cab long bed frame accept the ext.cab short bed body without any major mods? And what if anything would i need to change. thanks for any help on this.

Also, for what it is worth, the rear cab mounts won't be in the right place..
