I was wondering if anyone is running this size tire. I am going to need new tires and wouldn't mind going with something alittle narrower than my 33-12.5's but I don't want my truck to look like it's up on stilts. If someone has pics of their truck with a 4 to 6" lift with 33/10.50's on it I would love to see them.

 

These tires are actually 285/70R17's. They are 11.2 inches wide

 

Thanks, I'm still not sure. I am also considering 32x11.50's as well. It will probably come down to what ever I can find for the cheapest too. I want to go to a slightly narrower tire so that the tires won't rub on the radius arms at full lock anymore. It will also mean a smaller contact patch on the ground so the 3.55 gears will beable to get them turning easier. I found a used pair of 33x10.50 in the classifieds for 150 so if I got those I would only have to buy 2 new tires.

This whole tire thing has me alittle irritated. The tires on it still have plenty of tread but the PO let his alignment go so they started to cup and now it makes the truck feel like it has oblong tires once you get around 45-50 mph.

 

I think it looks good in the 10.5.
