I am using this drop-down stainless steel battery box in my 56. I opted to place it in the same location as the original but it is designed to fit almost anywhere on the frame. I am not as familiar with the F1's but there seems like there should be someplace to fit a box like this so that you don't have to take up some prime real estate inside the cab.
