Neat idea, looks like they cut out the Raptor and super duty grill and trimmed it to fit.

Yeah looks to me it was cut to fit as well. You'd probably have to buy one from a dealer...and I'm sure it would cost both arms and atleast 1 leg, maybe 1/2 the other.

That's a one-off custom for sure. Buy the parts and get the tools out!

Guy that did that posts over on the org, I think. Got the Raptor grill for free and cut it in to his grill. Story, I think, is that his dad owns a body shop and was fixing someone's truck, grill had a deep scratch in it and insurance paid for a new one. That one was gonna go in the trash, so the kid grabbed it and made a neat project out of it.

I found two manufactures the produce the grills. They are fiberglass race bodies for baja and off road racing. The first has a full bolt on kits for F-150s and Rangers but do sell the grill seperate, especially if you are not putting it on newer F-150, like my 1996 F-250! The second doesn't have a good picture but it's coming.
1: Ford Raptor Fiberglass for 2004 and newer F-150 the grill is not 100% identical but for $300.
2: PRODUCTS | BOATEC Fiberglass Race Bodies "racing body"

That would look really good on a 2005-2007 XL grill.
