Question Paint Advice Needed

Im trying to pretty up the old farm truck I just bought and want to start with repainting small portions of the truck to get rid of surface rust. Whats the best way to go about sanding/painting these spots? Should i just use touch up paint cans?

Keep in mind that this is on a high school kids budget! Thanks!

You need to go the paint section and ask questions. There are tons of body guys with load of experience that will give you the right products.
