Speedway disc swap on 59, hose leak

Installing the Speedway disc kit on my 59 F100 and I'm getting a leak at both calipers at the hose. I've tried two sets of new crush washers and some old ones, changed calipers and am now seeking the correct hose to try to swap that out. One set of calipers are ridged on the hose connection surface and the other is smooth; normal?
This thread gives a nice parts list for 56, but the hoses are different apparently. Those show external threads connecting to the hard line and I need 3/16" internal.

Any ideas on the application of the correct hose? I tried 71 Impala to match the caliper but it's too short. I'll shoot for a mid 70s GM truck next time.

What else can be causing this not to seal? Any ideas appreciated.

brake hose

had similar problem with conversion kit, check thickness of block on end of hose and length and threads on mounting studs.it was a couple of yesrs ago so I am not sure what I did but I think it was the thickness of the block on the end of the hose.I also was using GM calipers.
