Maybe someone knows this riddle. In front of my carb, left of my dist I have a valve, more like a fitting with 3 ports that vacuum hoses were attached to. My uncle said that it was some kind of emmission thing that I did not need. I bought a new carb and I am trying to adjust it but the engine still seems like it isnt right. Do I have to use that 3 port valve or can I cap it off? I think its called a vacuum temp control or something like that.
