Neighbor problem- Need advice on how to handle it

Yeah, when females are in heat, males for miles away can come to visit. What are the chances this could happen? Could there be dog fights with all involved?

Try to talk sense into this ignorant pet owner.

I decided to hold off on talking to her for now. I need to step back and think this through, because I have a tendency to go off the deep end and get too involved in an *** chewing.

Sometimes, even though I know I'm right, and AM in the case; the way I go about it isn't always right.

I'll look into spaying, or something. I'm not sure yet. She may just go missing, involves no confrontation and maybe they will learn the hard way to take care of their dog.

just find out when they are gone for a few days an have the dog taken care of then.
