Pulling 5.4L

Truck 2003 F350 SD cab chasis
5.4L v-8, 153xxxmi, auto trans, manual transfer case

Well got a leaky head gasket (left side) So I'm going to pop the engine and replace the head gaskets. Is there anything else suggested I should do while I have the engine tore down?

IT is a hell of a lot easier changing the plugs when it is out of the truck. I went ahead and replaced all the sensors when I swapped a newer 5.4L in mine. I also put a new torque converter in, of course mine was starting to chatter and had 250K on it.
