How much did you pay for your 2011 f-150

Hello,

So I am in Calgary, AB and am wondering how could a deal people are getting? The truck I am looking at is a Fx4 luxury package supercrew with a 5.0 or Ecoboost, not sure yet.

MRSP-52,000
After all said and done 42,000 canadian.

That being said I wonder if we as consumers can do anything with the dollar being stronger in Canada then the us and the trucks are a lot cheaper down there.

What does everyone think?

I am quite sure that you cannot buy a new truck in the States and bring it home.
A used one, yes. I believe trucks sold here say "made for sale in Canada only".
I ordered one in Toronto and got a really good deal. Americans on the forums have commented "Oh wow".
Mine was $42,000 MSRP and I got it for $27,000 plus tax.

Don't even try to buy an Canadian car/truck/whatever or an American car/truck/whatever and register it because it isn't worth the expense to convert unless the car is a classic.

FWIW, a dealer here in Minnesota offered to sell me a special order Lariat, King Ranch, or Platinum at $300 below invoice less incentives. I suspect (but do not know for certain) that that is about as good of a deal as I can find at the beginning of the season for the ecoboost versions.

Let me rephrase, I am in Alberta and I want to buy one of these in Alberta. All I was saying that MRSP is much lower on a us one and our dollar is more then us right now. Know what I mean?

So that being said I was wondering if I can get the us pricing on a canada truck here?

So you got a new one in T.O Lariat for 28k and 0 down?

Getting ready to purchase a Lariat here in Minnesota. How did your purchase go? What dealer did you go with?

I got mine at $10k off... 4x4 Screw... I see two-wheel-drives at $13k to $15k off MSRP but 4x4's are in higher demand.

So far I was quoted $46870 MSRP - $40370

3750 Discount
Cash Reb 2000
Trade in asst 750

About 900 over invoice I think.

Only 6500 off .... Not 10K like everyone else.

10K off MSRP puts the Truck price way below Invoice.... How???

Ha ha ha, you're right.. I was starting to wonder, "How could there still be 2011 models still being sold brand-new..."

Aha, now I get it!

Incentives?
When I bought mine, I received a total of $4,250 in incentives, including the $750 cash voucher from the brochure.
