holley systemax upper on the stock 5.0 lower

anyone ever tried it? it mates right up. damn good upper intake. a spacer could be added to make up fro runner length, just a thought.

I think the holly systemax is based on the truck intake ? not sure what you could gain ? ....Lew

the lowers arte identical. hopwever the upper is a whole different beast! one of the highest perfoming mustang intakes on the market. if i do the swap ill take pictures and a before and after dyno tune. what kind of throttle bracket will i need? i was thinking maybe one of a 5.0 exploder

That would be good , i would like to see the dyno difference , not sure on the bracket....

ill keep ya posted sir! now on the mustng mafs. if they are pre calibrated to 19 lb injectors they should need any tuning right? just plug and play? or am i wrong?

The mustang and truck computers are set for 19 lb injectors , so the mustang meter should work fine ,
