pre 97 truck question!

hey prolly a dumb question but did they make a pre 97 either 250 or 350 crew cab in something other than a 460 gas? and what about a 150 did they make them crew cabs? thanks

The HD trucks were available with all the engines though the 351 may have been the smallest in a crew, and there was no factory F150 crew only a Centurion conversion.
