Randy's Ring and Pinion should have them under $200 plus the install kit which helps a lot. Their instructions are good, and I got it done confidently on a Sterling, first setup. In my case, I picked up a couple MPG empty, but lost a lot of pulling power going from the 4.10 to 3.75. My ton truck had 235/85/16 instead of 225/75/16s I figure I will move them over to my Dodge and put the 225s back on to recover the lost power. My 4.10s may go back in, only the pinion bearings were bad, ordered the higher gear set and put them in just because I had them.
Thanks for the info guys! As for towing power, that is a concern, but I will soon have my stage 1s from rosewood, and that will more than make up the difference!
I always thought I wanted 4.10's for the towing power before I did my mods. Now, no way, I wouldn't mind 3.73's just for a little more rpm's towing in od, but you see what I pull and it still works great.
