No, we're talking about the whole part of the front floorboards that go up on an angle from the flat part toward the firewall. That lady does indeed seem to know what she's talking about. Maybe she'll give us a discount since you spent a big lot of money with them.

I only need the area where the channel rustout is though. not the whole running board.
Hey Doc, I don't need toe boards, sorry.
And thanks for more knowledge guys! I learned something else today!

Ok I read back through some posts on this thread.
How in the heck did I get an ILLINOIS truck and my toeboards don't have any rust? My floorpan on the drivers side does but thats it and not much!
My truck must have sat in the machine shed during winter...I don't know!

There are so many of us that have running boards that are rusted through in the same spots. Due to the high price of running board reproduction, why don't someone reproduce the complete middle section, with ridges, so that we can weld into our running boards. Welding in the flat would be easier for beginning welders. Seems like a flat section freight would help our cost also. chuck

My toe panel is good on mine... but just want to say that we need to keep letting these companies know that the Bonus Built years need to be kept on the roads... Huge changes in truck design with these truck. I would love to see the heater fresh air tubew reproduced... Good luck with the toe panel!

Then this would put Denny, "firstride", out of business.

Just so that we're on the same page.

We want to get the purple and black color outlined sections reproduced since there's nothing available in the reproduction market. The red colored section, which is the front floor section, is available in reproduction either as a one-piece or two-piece replacements.

Purple = toe board
Red = front floor
Black = under seat floor

One-piece front floor reproduction replacement from EMS.

Two-piece front floor reproduction replacement parts from Northern Classic Trucks.

Driver side.

Passenger side.

As a matter of fact, YES!!! I spoke with her again today. They are indeed being fabricated as we speak. She is gonna call me when they get some done. I have no clue about price or time of availability. I told her about this thread and she took a look at it. So, PLEASE speak up if you have a need for these things. If you have any questions, I'd definitely give them a call.
