Update on F1 Toe Boards, Need a Show of Hands

I just called Classic Haulers as somebody suggested in that other thread about these toe board patch panels. I spoke with a very nice lady who apparently had already started the ball rolling with their fabricator regarding a toe board patch for the F1's. She said he was already beginning to work on it. I told her about FTE and our discussions. She asked me to possibly get a show of hands on how many people would be interested for the first production which could be available here within a few weeks. So if you guys could respond and let me know how many would be interested in a pre-fabbed toe board patch panel, I'll pass it along. ALSO, they're considering getting some patches made for the floor under the seat and back toward the fuel tank location. So if you need that, let me know and I'll pass it along as well. Or if you want to ask any other questions, I'd just give them a call.

I'd probably buy one, depending on price & shipping.
Save me a lot of time and cut skin bending metal.

Toe boards are the lower part of the firewall in front of the flat section of floor. Where the pedals go thru on Bonus Builts

I'd be interested in two toe boards and two floor boards under the seat.

Toe boards are not the same as running boards, but running boards are available in reproduction now, and have been for some time.

Thanks guys. I spoke to that lady again today and she seemed encouraged that we had several people express interest in just one day. She said that she was going to motivate her fabricator and call me back when they get farther along with the process. She gave me a ballpark figure of possibly 4 weeks or less. I also told her some of you were also interested in the pans under the seat. They're gonna work on those too. We'll see. We'll see. If anybody hears anything else, please chime in.

Very nice! My toe boards are simply pin-holed, so I was just going to weld the holes up for now. I will eventually need a pair I am sure.

Like wise with mine, they are almost not good enough to retain. New ones would sure be a time and energy saver.

I don't need any but the nice lady you are talking about is CANDI. Tell her Dale from fl. said HEY. She is a pretty smart chick. She made the 3 point harness brackets for these old trucks. I spent alot of money with her in the past year and she knows me by the sound of my voice.SWEET LADY !!!! She will have a pic. of my 51 hanging in her office in a few weeks.
