#3 pic means nothing. Thats egr. Unless its stuck open it wont cause no start. The ect is by the thermostat, 3 wires i believe. Its behind the alt of sorts but next to thermostat housing. The fuel regulator should be wherever the fuel lines hook to the engine. On my 302 is on the driver side toward the rear of engine. Did you try a different module or tfi? Does the check engine light come on when you put the key in run? Do the fuel pumps come on for a sec or two with the key in run?

In hind site I think pic 3 is the EGR, the fuel reg is smaller and is on the drivers side front top of motor.
Maybe you need to verify the basic's during the non start, check for spark and fuel. The fuel pressure should be 35-45psi key on /engine off, at the fuel rail fitting. You can borrow a fuel pressure gauge at AutoZone, and pick up a spark tester, or use a spark plug you have laying around.
