Gauge Decisions

So, I'm getting ready to order my gauges, and wanted to get a little input from the masters on which to choose. I'm looking at some Glow Shift packages and while I think I've narrowed it down to the 60 PSI Boost, Oil Pressure and 100 PSI Fuel Pressure, I'd like to know firstly if that's the best choice, and secondly if anybody has any XP with their products. Here is what I'm looking at. Please make any recommendations, remember I'm a ZF05. Thanks guys, I'm really jazzed about finally getting them. Also, am I wrong in thinking the Oil Pressure gauge won't read high enough?

I am interested to hear feedback.. Getting ready to buy them myself, boost, egt, trans, and going with their package as well. So I am all ears on this thread!

Skip the oil pressure gauge and get pyrometer instead. oil pressure... well if you dont have it you'll know because it wont run.

I would agree with above, EGT gauge is the most important gauge.

I run their gauges, the only issue I've had is I blew the boost line off once, kicked out of od to pass a car with my trailer on and it blew off. Otherwise I like them, can't beat the cost and the different colors is kind of neat too.

Did you guys go with a 1500* EGT gauge or with the 2400* version?

Boost, Pyro, and Trans temp is what I plan to run. You're a manual, though, so I would get boost, pyro, and something else. I guess fuel pressure can fill the void.

That's about what I was thinking too, Joseph. Nate, I'm gonna go with the 2400. Darin, Robb, James, Ken, that's exactly what I was hoping to hear. Thanks guys.

I was contemplating the 2400 or 1500 egt, and settled with going with the 1500, better accuracy, and anything over 1150 is enough of a concern! LOL! I dont want to see what would happen at 2400!

The boost one too had me thinking, but I am going to assume the lower one will suffice!

This whole package deal is what gets me.. I know there are some top end gauges out there, but price per pound is what budgets are looking at!

IMO, a Scan Gauge would be a great 3rd gauge.

I believe they are still working on a new gauge so I'm not sure if anyone has any for sale at the moment. Wait patiently young grasshoppa. However, it will be worth the wait. Not only does it tell you everything your PCM sees but it also reads codes and does contribution tests.
