Good carbs if you only need a 2bbl. My '79 has always started like a dream, even after sitting 10 years with stale gas. Its running almost before the starter engages.

Unhappy Good Carbs

Thanks for the words.

I was originally going to use them, but decided on the 400 build with the 600 cfm edelbrock 1405/1406, according to the recommended recipe for this engine. They can be used by 351M, 400, don't know what others.

Project never got off ground after taking it to the frame.

Remember looking high and low for the second carb too... things are getting harder to find with all the crushing around here because of high metal prices. Hope someone needs them, I've got a committment to clear everything out.

Been there. We planned on rebuilding my dad's '79 SuperCab Lariat about 15 years ago. Stripped it to the frame, had it sandblasted, painted it, mounted the engine trans and running gear, and that's how it's sat since. The nice satin-black frame is now pretty oxidized...
