Check Engine Light P2270

Yes, I did fix it. The 2005 V-10 has 3 Ox sensors. There is one on each side of the Y pipe coming off the engine, and the Bank 2 sensor 2 is on the exhaust right behind the Cat converter. It is on the top. Very easy to change.... I hit it with PB Blaster the night before..... then again about 1 hour before removing. You can buy a special socket to remove it, but I just unplugged it from the harness, cut the 4 wires off, and used a 7/8 in socket on a 1/2 drive to remove. Put the new on in with an open end wrench, plugged in harness, and was finished. It will take a couple of run - cooldown cycles for the Check engine light to go out. Purchased the sensor at Advance auto. $63 I believe. Very easy.
Good luck.
Good luck.
