My truck starting misfiring about a month ago initially with cylinder #6. I replaced all spark plugs because they were all original. the truck has 146,000 miles. After I replaced the plugs, I still had the misfires and running rich codes so I disconnected the battery to reset the PCM and now I get only the P2198 code(O2 sensor signal stuck rich bank 2 sensor 1) and sometimes I am getting P0345(camshaft sensor). Any help would be appreciated.

 

I found that I had an injector that was leaking that was causing the problems.
