1978 F150 Rear Leaf Springs

Hi, I have a 1978 F-150 ranger XLT. I am looking into getting new rear leaf springs because the truck has been heavily used and is starting to wear down the springs. The problem is, it was lifted by a previous owner and I am un sure if stock F150 springs will still fit, or if it needs bigger springs, being lifted.
Mine is the Blue one and it is next to a F250 (same year)

Ok, Now After looking it over, Im thinking it is still stock. There is no sign of it being lifted, I was just assuming that it was because it was as tall as the f250. Did they make the F150 that tall ? I have not seen any around here as tall as mine. But it could be that this one is the 4wd, 400 engine model?

First, hello to a fellow Idaho member!

As far as height, the 150s and the later 250s did sit pretty close in height. It might be that your truck just has bigger tires, making it look lifted.
