Jukebox corrupted??
All of a sudden all of my artist, album, and genre data has dissapeared from my jukebox. Therefore I can no longer use voice commands such as play artist and such. All of the tracks are still there but will just play in alphabetical order. The stange thing is that the artist info and album info show on the screen when a track is playing but when you go into music library contents nothing shows up under artist, album, or genre. This all started shortly after trying to delete some tracks from the jukebox. the tracks I tried to delete still show up under tracks in the library but do not play. Has anyone else had this problem and if you have how did you recover from it. I have tried pushing the restore factory default button on the screen but this did nothing to the system at all. It changed nothing. I am thinking of pulling the battery cables off for a few minutes but I read a TSB that stated this has caused other problems with these systems. I am also wondering if it is the gracenote database that is corrupted and maybe and upgrade of that will fix it?? By the way it is in a 2009 F-250 and the sync version is 2.1. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me!!!!
