Instrument Panel Circuit Board

I need to know, what is the offical name of the circuit board that ford used on their instrument clusters?

I got my 88 Escort GT back together but now you turn the key on and pull the head light switch out the tach moves to 2,000 and if you put the high beams on the turnsignal indicators light up. I pulled the gauges out and see the lower left (when viewed from behind) dash light bulb socket (the red socket) has two wires on the circuit board that are split and I am thinking this is the cause of this issue.

Thing is though I know I saw advance carried it for my 78 mercury but I am doing searches and cant find anything. Even rockauto doesnt have anything listed.

Before you dig into the circuit board, be sure to check your grounds. Those are classic symptoms of a poor ground. Can't help with the ground location for the cluster, sorry.
If those split traces are for the dash lights, I doubt they would cause the problem you describe.
