No, It does not already have one.. I looked.

Maybe a dumb question; does the assembly of the Oil cooler has a plug where the block heater goes? or its different and you have to buy a new one?. And you can buy it in E-bay, I think the stock (Block Heater Kit
(Ford) 1C3Z-6D008-AA) is not selling any more by Ford, but I have read that you can buy one for the 6.0 or 6.4
