Yes, the F-350 blocks will add a nominal 2 inch lift to the rear.

Get the F-350 blocks that match your frame (cab and bed configuration) and new U-bolts.

My air bags seem to have fixed that problem with my 06 even with only minimal psi. But I haul a lot so I need the actual extra leveling capacity the bags provide. If you don't need that then it seems many do that block swap. Who knows maybe I'll swap too someday. Also the downside of air bags is a rougher ride.

I put air bags on my 2009 F250 for the same reason as it squated with almost anything in the back, mine didn't have the overload spring.

Mine even has the overload spring and it still squatted, but anything will with a load in the bed. I just hated riding nose high with a loaded trailer attached. Now I can keep the truck and trailer level. Its funny to think that the springs are the same just the block is different to allow more squatting under load.

I put 350 blocks on and added 1" spacer in the front and she sits good and level with 6000# springs.

Depending on your rear springs, the blocks will raise your rear end up too much. You may have to address the front as well. On my '01, I ended up with tall F350 blocks, 6k front springs and a modified 2.5" leveling kit to retain a slight rake. X springs alone were not enough bring the front end up to match my rear spring rate with them blocks. Now with 285's I'm maxed out as far as I can go in height to fit my Western plow properly. Any higher and I would have had to drop the plow's ultramount brackets. Spent a lot of time working on it, getting it right, but it was worth it.
