Here's some pics that might help:
The horn button itself has three bayonet style posts on it. These push down onto the assembly in the last picture and then you twist the button clockwise to latch those bayonets under the three wire loops sticking out from the cup.
I'd disconnect power when you do this.

Also, just FYI, the horn button wire with the special end on it (shown) goes down through your steering column shaft and out the bottom of the steering box. It then connects to the right horn relay tab. The center horn relay tab gets power in, and the left tab goes out to the horns.
6 and 12 volt relays both wire the same.

Spicy? Well when i unpacked the wheel and horn assembly at my desk, I then looked at everything and said how does this wire get out of the wheel. I then went to my truck and found a hole in my shaft, First time I've seen that! Wow learning alot here. Anyway this post may be spicy LOL. Thanks for the great pic. Bob P.
