I think the 57+ scoops are too square for the 53-56 trucks.

I'm going to make a 56 scoop and see how it goes. If I want something bigger/taller then I'll make a second one that is a larger scaled up version.

Hello, if you are looking for a reproduction 56 Big Job hood scoop in fibreglass, Call Terry @ Phone: 402-764- 5914 he makes them complete with the grill ready to mount for around $115.00.....Stan from California

It will be next spring before I start the work on this. But I will post some pics when I start.

No thanks I prefer metal over fiberglass.

Do you have any pictures of your friends hood scoops, that's a pretty desent price.

FlashBack, would love to see some pics of the fiberglass scoop. I prefer metal too, however, for that price, I can learn to love fiberglass....the cost of the originals are too high for me as I'm working on a '56 panel truck and it's not original equipment for my truck anyway. Can't wait to see FordMan'stoo.

Hello, I don't have any pics of Terry's fibreglass hood scoops. We were talking on the phone when he said he had made some. He has a web page showing fibreglass F100 parts he makes....Terry's Truck parts in Nebraska... Very nice guy.......Stan

Your scoop has a super cool factory look on your 68. Nothing like having your turn signal on top. Great idea of using a Mustang scoop....Happy FoMoCo'n....Stan from California
