1979 Ford 460 build

Hello everyone! I have a '79 460 that I'm going to rebuild, I'm going to be dropping this engine into a 1960 F100, I know there is going to be some custom work to get it to fit, what Manual Transmission should I go with? I am also going to do a complete rebuild of the engine, This is going to be my first complete rebuild. What would be some good cams, rods, pistons...etc. that should be on my shopping list?

You need to decide what you want out of it first, how it will be used.
