Anyone with a Banks cat back system on their '05-'07 V10?
I'm looking to upgrade my stock exhaust with one of Banks' kits (#48724), and wanted to know if anyone was using this kit & what you thought of it. Thanks.

I don't have it on a 05-07, but I have the TorqueTubes, Monster Exhaust, and Intake on my 02.
You can see my thoughts by clicking on the link in my sig. If you are looking for a header unit, I don't believe they made them for the 3V V10s.
I have the Banks Monster cat back on my '08. A little loud, kinda drones around 1500-1800 rpms. High quality piece, still looks good after 30k+ miles, sounds better with age. I love the way it sounds at wide open throttle. Still sounds like a V10 when it idles.
Thanks for your input, guys. I'm kind of leaning towards getting a set of custom duals bent for my V10, though. I had true duals on both my EFI460 and EFI302 trucks with good results&power. How much was that Banks kit anyway, if you don't mind me asking?
put one on mine.it lost 2 mpg's so i took it back off and went back to the stocker, the 3 valve motor seems to love and need back pressure to run right .
we tryed almost $5k in speed parts only to take them back off every time due to a loose of power or drop in mpg's. the 3 valve in dead factory tune and shape driven with a egg under the go pedal holding a tops of 70 mph can hit 15 mpgs.
The best I can get mostly empty is 13+. Not sure if it is the winter gas but, I did get 15 from Yuma to Phoenix, but as soon as I start pulling hills it drops.
