My truck does the exact same thing when I put an 1997 auto PCM in it. Something you will want to have corrected, I think!

Nah man. Mine has never done anything close to it. Only on cold starts or after sitting for a few days it will romp lightly for 10-20 seconds and then level off nicely.

I just edited my post, I think the romp on the auto PCM in a manual truck might be just a 1997 thing....

well i think it sounds SICK, no annoying injector clack like my dp lope LOL kris is this an initial start everytime you restart or only a cold first of the day start, dont matter if you start it any more after it?

EVERYTIME i start it LMAO!!! It goes right away with the touch of the pedal..Or it will clear up by itself
