Kia Sorento @ $5400 off list, Cerritos dealer 1 only @ this price. Not the car we set out to buy exactly but the price was just to good to pass up. Now if the wife will just let me drive it. Oh well i'll just drive the 55 F250 till some of the new wears off the KIA

Congrats on the new car. The Kia is a nice car considering it is so new in the US market. Owners seem to really like them.

This KIA is 58% us/canada parts and built here in Georgia, so i don't feel to bad about not buying a FORD. Couldn't touch an Explorer for 10k more then we paid. And with us both on a fixed retired income, Well you get my point. It's replacing the company provided 2007 Rav4 she turned in last month when she stopped working. This sure drives a lot nicer then the toy did. Partly i think it's the Hyd steering assist the KIA has over the pure electric assist the Toyota had. I'm not having to " drive" the KIA every second. Now if she'll just let me drive it some.

BIG engines! Diesels are the recommended ones.

Marge and I looked at the Sorrento when we bought her Pilot. Nice vehicle, drives well, and is not a toy at all!

Yes, the RAV IS!

Kia's are nice. Made by Hyundai though, not that there's anything wrong with that... We had a Hyundai... Tucson. Nothing wrong with it, other than the fact that it was a little small for our family. Doesn't lend well to carting babies around. Perfectly fine for travelling with 4 full size adults though, just all the baby stuff ate all the room.
