I love the look of fender flares. I would've kept them black, but thats just my preference. If I could bring myself to use some truck funds for anything other than performance related stuff, flares would be one of my first acquisitions.

My vote is to keep the flares too. They look great and make the truck look real tough.

As soon as I get my crap to gether I need to post an updated pic. of my truck. I have added a Warn Transformer Grill Guard, and I need to get the RECON LED tail lights installed.

If you want to talk about tires not being wide enough for flares then you need to look at my dually. Skinny, short tires with the factory big "A" fender flares. I think your setup is just about right. The flares are doing what they are supposed to do....cover the tires. Give it a while they'll grow on you! And if you want to see silly just look at my truck, man those tires are small!!

This load weighs in at 12,143 lbs. and all the alarms were going off on the Insight when climbing a 12% grade for one minute. On flat land it pulled like nothing was back there.

LOL... that's some stuff that we haven't had much of this winter. The most we've had on the ground at one time this winter has been about 3". No complaints here!

I work for the Railroad. My company car (2011 GMC Canyon) wouldn't start this morning (go figure) so I had to take my F350 to work.

Here it is at the old A O Smith / Tower Automotive facility in Milwaukee that is being torn down and turned into "Century City." This is taken behind the gates.
