94 f150 front wheel issue

i have a problem with my 94 4x4 f150! my front passenger wheel is tilted inward at the top, but the driver side is fine. when i turn my steering wheel to the left the front passenger corner of the truck tilts downward, but if i turn the wheel to the right its fine. i have noticed that when i drive the said wheel will move in and out to where it slightly rubs the spring. i can also feel it popping in an out as well.

when looking under the truck with the wheels streight nothing is noticeable except that the bottom of the passenger spring is tilted

any ideas?

would that allow the wheel to move in and out? i forgot to say it, but when sitting the truck leans to that corner as well. i'm sure the truck could use a new set of shocks.

when i picked the truck up the guy said that whoever put NEW balljoints in put them in 180% backwards........ from the looks of it they are not new and i didn't think that they had a specific way to go in

i think i found the issue!

the spring tower is broke at the top between where the spring and shock mount. the half where the spring is mounted is bent upwards. so i found the issue, but now i have to replace the damn tower. looks like this is a common issue from everything i've read..... least the tower isn't part of the frame! its just riveted on
