Hello friends, anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for my 1976 F-250, I have some electrical work that needs straightening out and the tech who is doing the work refuses to lift a finger until I get him that manual.

 

What exactly is wrong ? The wiring is simple in these trucks.

 

When I apply the brake the right blinker in my instrument cluster lights up and stays on until I let off the brake. When I do brake if I am making a left hand turn the blinker on the outside of the truck stops blinking until I let off the brake. The left tail light brake light will not light up unless the brake is pressed extremely hard. Yes I have check and replaced brake switch, replaced all tail light sockets, and cleaned and checked all grounds. I was told there was a ground problem in the column most likely. I know sometimes when I am making a turn that one or both of the blinkers will flash. I need a new cam or what ever makes my blinkers return after making an actual turn. I realize the wiring on these trucks are pretty basic, but the tech I am taking the truck to wants to know a exactly how the wiring harness and wiring in the column should be. I have taken the truck to 4 ASE certified master mechanics and none of them could even come close to figuring the problem. This new fellow is suppose to be the best automotive wiring tech around, at $100 dollars an hour he Damn well should be!!!!!!!

 

sounds like turn signal switch is messed up
