probly could get away with dumping it in a waste oil tank if you have one. Its not much different than oil, so you should be fine.

most auto parts stores like autozone have containers for that, like oil, coolant etc. But i just use the stream on the back of my property, it carries the oil or coolant away and out of sight out of mind i always say. local part stores are over three miles away and that a long way to go to just drop off some oil i can dump on my back 40.

LMFAO, just kidding

well, the auto zone sounds good to me if they dont accept it i will just mix it up with some old motor oil to disquize it .
we have a shallow aquifer where i live and would hate to contaminate it whith 20gal. of diesel.

Whats wrong with it?
20 gallons is a lot to toss out, expensive too...
Depending on whats wrong, couldn't you just filter it and use it? Post on Craigslist or freecycle, some cheap *** could probably use it.

it is in a auxillary tank in the back of our truck and it is full of grit and is kinda like a sludge the tank was dirty and we filed it with the fule not knowing so there it is .
If there is a way to clean the fule let me hear about it, and if you have info on cleaning the tank, i want to do that soon to just dont really know how to do .

Call your local salvage yard and ask them what they do with their old automotive fluids.
