Seat bracket bolts

I just bought a 2001 E-350 and the rear seat was not used. I have the brackets, the seat, and the bolts are already in the floor. Are these bolts Ford-specific, or can I find a tool for them at a hardware store? Thanks!

They appear to be torx. Shouldn't be any problem to get a bit.

Awesome, thanks! So just a really large one I guess. I'll see if I can find one.
