THIS OLD AD A 1993 Ford F-150 Lightning
Who wants a 5.8-liter V8, 240-horsepower Mustang GT with a cargo bed? Or rather, who wouldn’t want one back in 1993?
This red F-150 Lightning was the perfect hauler for a brand new motorcycle, a jet ski or even a four-wheeler in this old ad/brochure.
Only 5,276 first generation Lightnings were built for 1993 and out of those 2,691 were black and 2,585 were red.
White was a lower selling paint option for 1994 and 1995. I wonder how many were customized, raced, jumped and how many survived?
Not enough, that’s for sure.
